Another great question. You are on a roll. Each of our studios come fully equipped with storage cabinets, professional bed or chair, workstation stool and movable ring light. Let’s not forget that each studio is freshly renovated. We can easily adapt almost all studios for other types of beauty businesses. You can choose between three different size studios, based on availability, and go with the one that best suites your needs.

The short answer is: You determine your own schedule. You will have 24/7 access to the Salon Studio Suites so you can decide your own Work-Life balance.

If you are part of our team as full-time studio owner you can share your suite with other employees or assistants without a problem. We simply ask you to add them to the agreement so we are aware of it.

If you are a part-time salon owner, you will share your studio with one or two other professionals that will be working during the days that you are not.

You can get started for as low as $150 per month for part time salon studio. The studio rent will depend on how many days a week you will be working and what size studio you choose. In addition there is a small security deposit of $100-$200 which is also in part refundable.

Yes. You have the full creative freedom to decorate and personalize your own studio suite. Extra furniture, mirrors, decoration, flowers or equipment is allowed. If you do choose to repaint the walls for example, well that is allowed too.

Another one of those frequently asked questions that we receive a lot. With us the initial lease agreement will be for 6 months. However, for longer than 6 months we do offer some additional perks and financial benefits so make sure to ask us about that when you schedule your tour.

Absolutely NOT! At Curl Corner Studio Suites you keep 100% of your proceeds. There is no commission share with us.

Yes. As a beauty professional and a salon studio owner you choose your own retail products. Some of our studio owners even have small boutique and marketing products available for sale as well. You have the freedom, however, you can’t be just a retail-only business and the products you offer must relate to your services or brand.

As long as you have a current state license, as well as a local business license and we recommend a professional liability insurance then the process is very simple. We would schedule a tour so you can visit our studio suites and see if we are a good fit for you.
